STEP 1

Create an Account

The first thing you need to do is to create an account and complete your profile. The Friends & Family Program will offer you an exclusive discounted activation fee. 

To complete your signup please use the invitation code you received from one of our team members or email support@herofinancials.com.

When asked to do so, please select ‘My SideKick needs their own login’. Please note, a separate email address is required for each SideKick added.

STEP 2

Pay the
Subscription

Select your subscription and complete the payment.

Pay only $15 for a 3-month subscription. Then, load any amount of money into your Hero account and receive $30 cashback within five business days after your first load!

STEP 3

Activate your Card

If you don’t already have your card, please order it through your Hero Web Portal. Then, download the SideKick Card Mobile App using the invite received by email and activate your SideKick Card.

For online purchases, don’t forget to update your address in your SideKick profile section.
STEP 4

Load your Account

Simply log in to your Hero Web Portal at any time, and load money. It’s super fast just like a hero.

During our testing phase, we are accepting Visa debit or Visa credit card payments only. Certain credit cards may charge a cash advance fee.
STEP 5

Transfer Funds

Once you have available funds in your Hero account, you can instantly transfer as much or as little money to your SideKick Card using our exclusive Budgeting Tool!

You have the ability to move money between categories of the budgeting tool via your Hero Web Portal. Feel free to play around and enjoy having conversations with your kids about it.
